We believe creativity doesn’t belong to an agency: it belongs to talent. And yet, we’ve seen too many brilliant people be overworked and undervalued as employees. We’ve been inspired by brave, creative, talented freelancers who had made the choice of independence, and would never go back. We want to support them in making work work for them. We want to help them develop and nurture their skills. We want to simplify finding great work and getting paid well and in time. We want to build a strong, talented community to help both freelancers and clients achieve the best they can do.
